Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

 

The Dairy Warehouse aims to deliver quality products. Please take note of our policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations:

  1. No Return, Refund, or Cancellation: All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order is placed.

  2. Damage Policy: If a product is received damaged, a return may be processed only if proof of damage is provided. Customers must submit a video showing the damage within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a return.

  3. Return Process for Damaged Goods: Once the damage is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product and process a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
